Still here

Still in residence. Still based at home, which is a blessing and a curse - lunching in the garden is lovely but those pandemic pounds won't walk themselves off.

Not working as much, though. Not at the day job, anyway. Life doesn't last forever so I'm spending my savings on writing. After all, if I told you it had all gone on a glorious trip to ... the moon ... you'd say money well spent. Well, this is cheaper.

So, I now have a complete novel out there looking for an agent. It's called Still Friends and is a coming-of-age thriller about two women reconnecting fifteen years after finding the school bully murdered on the common. I've had some helpful peer feedback and splashed out on a Jericho Writer's Developmental Edit which was expensive but taught me a lot.

What have you all been up to? Forums are still open for members but happy for public discussion here too.
